1. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Perishable items
  • Clearance or sale items (unless otherwise stated)

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  2. Once authorized, securely package the item(s) and include the original receipt.
  3. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
